Acceptance from Iron Horse Literary Review

Well, it's feast or famine with publications. This month looks like feast. After receiving the nice news from Red Bridge Review (see below), I opened the mail today to find an acceptance letter from the Iron Horse Literary Review at Texas Tech University. They took one of my favorite stories -- "Following a Stupid Man." If you've been looking to subscribe to a literary magazine, please consider IHLR. Mention that you're subscribing because of me, and I think I get cut in for 10%. Never saw a magazine do that before, but I think it makes sense. Publication in Red Bridge Review

I just found out that a very new story of mine, "Gouge", was accepted for publication by the online journal Red Bridge Review. The last time RBR took something of mine, it ended up in their print anthology, The Persistence of Dreams. I can only hope that "Gouge" has the same good fortune. Care to read "Gouge"?
